- • Holds enhanced DBS certificate (updated via online service)
- • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with 15+ years experience
- • Trained in current safeguarding procedures and online safety
- • Experienced in supporting students with SEN and EHCPs

- • Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes (with consent)
- • Clear digital behaviour expectations for all participants
- • Regular monitoring of online interactions

We are alert to signs that may indicate:

- • Domestic violence affecting the child
Online and Mental Health
- • Online bullying or exploitation
- • Self-harm or mental health concerns
- • Radicalisation or extremist influences
Reporting Procedures
If You Have Concerns
Parents/carers should contact us immediately if:
- • Your child reports concerning behaviour from any individual
- • You notice changes in behaviour after online sessions
- • Your child receives inappropriate communication
- • You have any safeguarding concerns about our service
