About Miss ICT
Miss ICT is operated by Duygu Cella, a fully qualified UK ICT teacher with 15+ years of classroom experience. We provide specialist online tutoring services in Computer Science, coding, and digital skills for learners aged 11-99, with particular expertise in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

Tutoring Options
- • 1:1 online tutoring sessions
- • 1:2 online tutoring sessions
- • Small group tutoring (maximum 8 students)
- • EHCP and Local Authority funded tuition

All sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms.
Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- • All bookings must be made through our website or direct contact
- • Sessions are subject to availability
- • We require at least 24 hours notice for initial bookings
Payment Terms
- • Payment is required in advance of sessions
- • We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and LA/EHCP funding
- • Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation
- • Payment terms are 7 days from invoice date
Pricing
- • Current pricing is available on our website
- • Prices may change with 30 days' written notice
- • Existing bookings honour the original quoted price
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Student/Parent Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or session rescheduled
- Less than 24 hours: Full fee applies
- No show: Full fee applies
- Emergencies: Considered case-by-case
Miss ICT Cancellations
- Less than 24 hours: Full refund provided
- Technical difficulties: Full refund or rescheduling
Course Withdrawals
- Within 14 days: Full refund (cooling-off period)
- After 14 days: Refund for unused sessions minus 20% admin fee
- 50%+ completed: No refund
Student Expectations and Code of Conduct
Online Behaviour
Students are expected to:
- • Be respectful to tutors and other participants
- • Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions
- • Have appropriate technology and internet connection
- • Maintain a suitable learning environment
- • Follow digital safety guidelines
Inappropriate Behaviour
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- • Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate language
- • Disruptive behaviour affecting other learners
- • Misuse of technology or sharing inappropriate content
- • Persistent non-attendance without notice
Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
Supervision Requirements
- • Children under 13 require adult supervision during online sessions
- • Parents should ensure appropriate online safety measures
- • Contact information must be kept current
- • Special educational needs must be disclosed
Technical Requirements
- • Reliable internet connection
- • Appropriate device with camera and microphone
- • Quiet, distraction-free learning environment
- • Basic technical support during sessions if needed
Safeguarding and Child Protection

- • Duygu Cella holds an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service
- • All sessions are conducted with appropriate safeguarding measures
- • We follow UK government guidance on online safety and child protection
Reporting Concerns

Limitation of Liability
Professional Indemnity
Miss ICT carries professional indemnity insurance and maintains appropriate professional standards as a qualified teacher.
Limitations
- • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- • We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
- • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud
Complaints Procedure
Making a Complaint

- • We aim to respond within 48 hours
- • Formal complaints investigated within 10 working days
Escalation
